Dr. Hornback attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Collins College in Tempe, Arizona. He has a Associates Degree in eCommerce Computer Programming. Dr. Hornback graduated from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in June, 1984.

Dr. Hornback has completed coursework in radiology, golf injuries, chiropractic pediatrics, personal injuries, chiropractic biophysics and Pierce-Stillwagon Technique.

Dr. Hornback has three children and makes Avondale, Arizona his home. His hobbies include computers, playing and watching sports, photography, playing the guitar, listening to music and watching movies.
